Sencha Green Tea – Green Tea is a potent antioxidant which supports the cardiovascular system. The therapeutic properties of green tea can be attributed to certain antioxidant compounds known as catechins for which green tea is a rich source.

Dandelion Leaf – Dandelion leaves are used predominantly in treatments for liver and digestive disorders and fluid retention (oedema) since they encourage the flow of bile and digestive enzymes, and stimulate fluid loss through the kidneys.

Yerba Mate – Contains B vitamins, which help the body release and maximize use of energy contained in foods. They also aid muscular functions and help maintain healthy skin and hair. It contains potassium, essential for a healthy heart. It also contains magnesium, which helps synthesise proteins to make you strong and healthy.

Nettle Leaf – Nettle leaf contains high levels of protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, and beta-carotene and high amounts of the vitamins A, C, D, and B complex.

Ashwaganda Root – Ashwaganda root is rejuvenating, balancing, strengthening, and calming to the nervous system. Ashwaganda is useful for relieving fatigue, nervous exhaustion, and memory loss.

Lemon Grass – Medicinally lemon grass is considered a diuretic, tonic and stimulant. It promotes good digestion, and a preparation of lemon grass with pepper has been used for relief of menstrual troubles and nausea.

Celery Leaf – Celery leaf promotes healthy and normal kidney function by aiding elimination of toxins from the body. While eliminating toxins, it also prevents formation of kidney stones. It helps curb your cravings for sweets and rich food too.
