Our return and refund policy is as follows:

  1. Your refund request must be made within 30 days of your purchase order date to qualify. Please keep in mind results may vary and it may take up to 30 days to see results. We recommend you keep the product for the full 30 days to see significant results.
  2. If you ordered multiple packages, the extra packages must be returned in an unopened and untampered with condition.
  3. Please note, partially returned orders will not qualify for a return.
  4. Upon receiving your returned order, all refunds are issued via the same payment method we received. Refunds are processed on the 1st of each month. Please allow until next month’s statement to view the credit reflected on the credit card statement.
  5. Swami Mami Teas™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
  6. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event that a “free shipping” order(s) is returned, the shipping cost at the time the orders(s) was shipped will be deducted from the final refund amount to cover the shipping charges that Swami Mami Teas™ have paid on your behalf.
  7. Any re-orders after the initial first order implies customer satisfaction and voids the 30 Days Return policy & guarantee.
  8. Please make sure to contact our refunds department before returning the product. This will ensure a faster refund for you. Please email team@swamimamiteas.com
  9. Refund requests after 30 days will void the guarantee.
  10. Returns that are postmarked more than 30 days after the date of the order will not be refunded.
  11. Confirmation of return must be made. Please provide a tracking number when returning product.
  12. Costs of shipping an order(s) for a refund are not covered. Customer is solely responsible for shipping costs.
  13. Returns that are lost by mail or that have no tracking number are solely the customer’s responsibility. 
  14. Free item(s) or gift(s) must be returned or you will be charged the full price of each item at the time of purchase.
